God is Enough
A completely empty vessel Is all that I am An empty pot to be used In the way that He has planned God most-graciously will give me All that I do need To be used the most by Him He'll decide what is best for me He might place me on a top shelf Filled with fine perfume Or on the floor behind the door In the darkest, darkest room Whatever He decides is best Even when life is tough The most important thing is this: God is always, always enough
welcome to my heart
If you’ve stumbled across this site – stick around. I don’t believe anything happens by chance and you might just find something that you enjoy.
I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, where I met my husband during my senior year of college. He was desired and prayed for, for more than nine years. He is my gift from God. In 2003, we married; fifteen years later, we had our daughter, Lydia Beth. I like to call Lydia our blessing. She was an unexpected gift from God after struggling for 13 years with infertility; she’s the answer to a more than 13-year-long prayer.
I may not have a lot to offer you – but I promise I will give you my heart.
I love Jesus and have lived most of my life walking behind Him. At the tender age of seven, I gave Him all of me, and I have never been the same. He has led me down some painful and bumpy roads. He has been my joy, loyal companion, and faithful King through it all. If you want to learn more about Him – I would love to introduce you to Him!
